Set a reminder by following the next few steps...

1) Go to www.reachonair.com
2) Click 'Goodies'
3) Download 'Reach Reminder' (it's the second item down)
4) Install 'Reach Reminder'. Now, your firewall may start asking you questions as Reach Reminder will want to start automatically whenever you boot up your PC and run in the background. This is required for it to work.
5) You can customise the settings here on when and what you'd like reminders for.
6) On www.reachonair.com - click on 'Schedule'
7) The drop down helps you pick the date of the show - simply find the shows listed above and click on them to open the show info
8) In the bottom left corner is an option of 'Remind Me' - click this
9) It will prompt you to download a file. You do not want to download it, you want to run it.
10) This will add the reminder to your software and using your custom reminder settings, will remind you
